One Resume for all Job Posts:

Most people will have a master resume for using in a variety of cases. But, this is not good. If you are planning to apply for two or more different types of jobs, then you will need a separate resume for each one. Your recruiter needs to understand your worth in that particular job while scanning your resume. Therefore, your resume must be tailored to the particular job posting you are applying for. Without results in your resume, your recruiter will start thinking whether you can really contribute to the organization. A good professional resume would always showcase the measurable results and how results were achieved in the past. While doing so, you must not only mention it, but also you must clearly start to what extent you have done, how you have done, and what exactly you achieved by applying your abilities and all these should be in measurable quantities like numbers, percentage, costs, and so on.
